Formation - 4 couple longways                      (Can also be done with 3, 5or 6                      couples)
A1     All join hands and circle to the left (16 steps)	circle left
B1     All join hands and circle right to original place	circle right
"Follow the leader" A2     All face up.           Top couple separate and cast (boy left,          girl right) down to bottom of set and back          up the middle to place	single cast ("Follow the Leader")
B2     REPEAT  "Follow the Leader" (A2)	single cast ("Follow the Leader")
"Coach & Horses" A3     All face up  and join cross hand hold with           partner in front (or optional behind back)           Top couple lead a promendes round to the           left to the bottom of the set and back up the          middle to place	double cast left  ("Coach & Horses")
B3     REPEAT "Coach & Horses" (A3) but           promenade round to the right	double cast right ("Coach & Hroses")
"Thread the Needle" A4     All join hands to make a horseshoe open           at the  top.          Top 2 girls raise joined hand to make an           arch.           Top boy leads all the othgers through the           arch, turns right, round the back of the set           and back up to places           (Hands are kept joined all the time)	boys thread the needle
B4     REPEAT "Thread the Needle" (A4)  but this           time, the 2 top boys arch and the top girl           leads the others through the arch, turn left           round the back of the set and back up to           place	girls thread the needle
A5     All join hands and circle to the left (16 steps)	circle left
B5     All join hands and circle right to original place           (16 steps)	circle right
