Apricot Pie are a long established Country Dance Band based near Banbury
The line up usually consists of 4 musicians - David on accordion, Isabel on fiddle and mandolin, Jon on Fiddle and Guitar, and Bev on Drums and Flute. Diane, our resident Caller is the 5th member
We play Barn Dances for all sorts of Community Events, Private Parties (weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, etc) and for Church Socials. We also play for Folk Dances.From our long and wide experience, we are able to choose dances which are fun and which are suitable for the occasion. We do traditionally based English dances which are first walked through so no previous experience is needed.
To give folks a rest, between the dances, we play music chosen from a large repertoire.
We bring our own PA system which is PAT tested and requires just one 13amp socket.
