Formation - 4 couple longways  

                     This dance is done to a trotting step
                     (or a step-hop)  throughouit            
4 cpl longhways




A1    
Top (1st) couple lead down to the bottom, cross over, and cast back up the outside of the opposite line to finish in each other's place at the top

1s down, crioss & cast up




A2    
1st boy leads the girls' line round the outside of
          the boys' line down to the bottom and back up to place

boy leads the girls around




A3    
1st girl leads the boys' line round the outside of
          the girls' line, down to the bottom and back up to place

girl leads the boys around

B1 & B2   Top couple Strip The Willow
      Top (1st) couple right hand turn and go to next
      person of the opposite sex (2nd cpl)
      Left hand turn this one to meet partner in the middle
      Right hand turn partner and on to the next person of the opposite sex (3rd cpl)
     Left hand turn this one to meet parftner in the middle
     Right hand turn partner and on to the next person of opposite sex (4th cpl)
    
Left hand turn this one to meet partner in the middle
     Half a right hand turn with partner to finish on own
     side at the bottom of the set
